I am a subscriber to a journal the details of which can be viewed online on www.v-r.de. How can I check my details and subscriptions?
In order to activate your online subscription you need to sign on. If you have no online account yet, you need to register online.
You can choose any word for your username (e.g. your first name, your surname, a nickname or a fancyname). The username need to be made up from the letters a to z (upper or lower case), digits, hyphens and underscores. The username cannot contain Umlaut or be made up of two words. It should be between 5 and 14 characters long. These entries, therefore, would be valid, e.g. “Heino”, or “Klaus-Meier”, whereas these “Heinö” or “Klaus Meier” would not.
The same rules apply to the password. However, here the password should be between 6 to 12 characters long. Please note that capital letters and lower case letters are identified by our security system; therefore, e.g., »MyPassword«, »mypassword« and »MYPASSWORD« would be three different passwords.
Every time you log on, your user name and password need to be entered to verify your identification! Please make sure you remember your access details.
Activate your account:
• Enter your subscription number(s) for the journal(s)
• Enter code for each subcription
Our customer service will send you the subscription number and access code via e-mail.
If you have logged on, please click on For journal subscribers: Your registered online subscriptions
• Activate new online subscription
• Enter your subscription number and access code
• Click on Activate online subscription. You have now access to all digital articles of the journal you subscribe.
• If you log on to Your account you can activate other subscriptions, too.

Please note:
You can only activate your subscription if you have access to your user account. If you lost the password of your account you can request a new one. Please click Sign in, enter your user name and choose I have forgotten my password. You will receive a link via e-mail that allows you to choose a new password. The link will be sent to the e-mail address as written in your user account.
If you cannot access your user account at all, please let us know and we will send you a new code to activate your subscription.
