This book contains the descriptions of how individuals touched by fate successfully or unsuccessfully tried to cope; how they dealt with God and their fellow human beings; how they worked through their experiences with professional counsellors or the closest friends. The author analyzed a total of 2000 such reports from the past century and from her own long experience in crisis therapy to determine the best possible path to overcoming a crisis – which she presents here in the form of an ever-climbing spiral.
